For if the trumpet give
an uncertain sound,
who shall prepare
himself to the battle?

Who and Why?
What is the purpose of the existence of this site?
To preach the gospel in the regions beyond you, and not to boast in another man's line of things made ready to our hand. But he that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord. For not he that commendeth himself is approved, but whom the Lord commendeth.
          (2 Corinthians 10:16-18)
Who is this site for?
  • Those who have felt the Spiritual touch of the Living God.
  • Those who have been church members for some time and feel dissatisfied.
  • Those who cannot get to a church, but nevertheless wish to worship the Almighty in Spirit and Truth.
  • Those chosen ones who are born again, seeking how they might serve their Master and receive His blessing.
Whose is the pen that compiles these words?
And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ. I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able. For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men? For while one saith, I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal? Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man? I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.
          (1 Corinthians 3:1-7)

It is recommended that  Heart of the Gospel be read by everyone, whether born again or not; Pastor, Priest or Reverend, as there are a couple of teachings that are clarified therein which will make the search of the Scriptures more fruitful and Christian life more rewarding.

Most books written on the subject of Christianity emanate from Europe and America and western man's culture has influenced the thinking and subject matter of the literature. Christianity is deemed a white man's religion by many, just another religion, and this fallacy has done the message of the saving grace of God through the Lord Jesus Christ untold harm.
For example, here in South Africa, missionaries came from Europe to teach the African people about Christianity, to "convert the heathen". Their intentions were good, but many misunderstood two things:
Firstly they came with the preconceived idea that the "fuzzy wuzzies" who needed to be taught about the Lord Jesus Christ were stupid, inferior beings. So they taught from an imagined "superior" viewpoint, whereas it was merely a different viewpoint, theirs; one that the pagan African had difficulty in understanding. What the European missionaries failed to appreciate was that the African way of perceiving values, the actual civilisation and customs were different. In worldly terms, the European was familiar with technology and love of money, but to the African this seemed strange. However, when faced with all this wonderful new technology for the first time, the African viewed Christianity as part of the technology because the European Colonialists brought both at the same time.
Secondly, in their sense of superiority, the European missionaries did not recognise that the Africans were more spiritually aware than they were and although they practised ancestor worship and the black arts of Satan, many knew more fundamental spiritual truths than their teachers.
Typically, the people of European descent, have through the centuries, viewed themselves as superior to all other races, mainly because of their God-given inventiveness and have generally failed to observe what they could learn of other "inferior" civilisations.
However, we must not lose sight of the truth that Christ was preached* by those dear people, whose love and care shone through the oppressive darkness and as a result we can see brown South Africans all over the country with Biblical names such as Isaac, Josiah and Solomon. A foundation was laid that is rapidly escaping us and it is up to those believers whom God has blessed with His Holy Spirit to be obedient to the great commission; to be found doing His will when He comes in the clouds, with great glory.

One of the most important Christian Truths that Satan has been able to keep from western civilisation is that of the Blood Covenant. The whole law of God revolves around covenants and yet in the countries where Christianity is the major religion, it is hardly understood at all. Millions of souls can land up in the lake of fire because of lack of understanding of this essential truth.
It is amazing, if one is prepared to look, to see how much Old Covenant knowledge is recognised throughout Africa south of the Sahara. For example, among the Zulus of South Africa, covenant beliefs are a way of life and actually practised, and have been, since antiquity.

If you, dear reader, are prepared to look diligently, with an open mind, being willing to learn, the Holy Spirit will be able to open passages of the Scriptures to you that previously were merely words.

Nobody is perfect on this present earth, so when studying God's word and listening for the voice of the Holy Spirit we all "see through a glass darkly" and doubtless make mistakes due to our soulishness. When using these teachings please confirm them by reading the Scriptures in context, asking the Holy Spirit to open them to you. I would hate to have anyone's blood on my hands when standing before the Creator on that day.

O God, thou knowest my foolishness; and my sins are not hid from thee. Let not them that wait on thee, O Lord GOD of hosts, be ashamed for my sake: let not those that seek thee be confounded for my sake, O God of Israel.

These teachings contain a fair amount of meat and it may be better for you to print out the one that you are studying at this time as this will enable you to do so at your leisure, allowing a more in-depth appreciation of the majesty of God.
Maybe it would also afford you the opportunity of passing on God's word to someone that you care about. Perhaps God shall give that person repentance.
Have you ever thought about e-mailing a copy to someone?

* What then? notwithstanding, every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and I therein do rejoice, yea, and will rejoice.
